Hackney Family Backup works to improve the lives of disabled children and their families. We are a well established charity known for providing quality short break care and family support. We are registered as an Independent Fostering Agency.

Are you fun, creative and energetic?
Do you have time to spare at the weekends or after school?

Whilst we are always looking for new volunteers for our Family Support project, we are particularly interested in hearing from people who can offer their time during the week between 4pm and 6pm and during the day at the weekends. This is because many of the children we work with are at school and therefore parents really need support when the children are at home. Perhaps you are a college student or are retired with some time to spare? We'd like to hear from you!
