Hackney Families Together
Hackney Families Together is a joint PCT, Learning Trust and London Borough of Hackney group and is hosted jointly by City & Hackney Carers Centre and Hackney Family Backup. It is a group for parents and carers of children 0-17 years old with disabilities and special educational needs, and its main aims are to provide information and support and the opportunity to influence service delivery. Parents meet three times each school term and cover key topics relevant to Hackney parent/carers, such as health, education, leisure, welfare benefits and other support services. Meetings are open to all parents and carers of children 0-17 years old with disabilities and special educational needs.
